Land Rover is an SUV-exclusive premium brand established in 1948 by the Rover Company as a maker of utilitarian 4x4 vehicles including the iconic Defender. Ownership changed multiple times between then and now, but since 2012, it has been part of the broader Jaguar Land Rover group (now JLR), which is owned by India's Tata Motors. Land Rover has remained steadfast in its production of SUVs only, now split into three sub-brands, Discovery, Defender, and Range Rover. The most important aspect of car maintenance is changing the oil; but what if you're in a rush - can you add oil to a hot engine? Here's everthing you need to know about adding engine oil to your car.

CarBuzz advises enlisting the help of a professional for all regular maintenance and services. Below are some expert suggestions on how to properly add engine oil to your vehicle. Keep in mind that this should not substitute for scheduled services or other necessary maintenance tasks.

The Importance of Oil in Engine Functionality

Even for the less mechanically inclined, it's pretty common knowledge that car engines require engine oil to function. If you're wondering what role oil plays in your engine, you're asking the right questions. First and foremost, oil is a lubricator, and lubrication is essential in keeping your engine working efficiently. From crankshafts to camshafts, there are dozens of moving parts within your engine, and without oil, the friction and wear and tear on all those parts would mean your engine wouldn't function long enough to be useful. Friction also causes heat.

Thus, one of the main functions of engine oil is to keep the internal temperatures of an engine low. Irreversible damage will occur when an engine overheats; yes, coolant in the cooling system also plays a part here, but engine oil runs hotter and is pumped through the engine components to assist in the cooling process. Oil flowing around the engine also helps to keep seals supple, instead of sitting dry and going brittle; when this happens, oil leaks start to occur. Finally, oil also includes a number of key additives that clean the internals of an engine as the liquid flows around inside.

The Proper Quantity of Oil Is Crucial for a Joyful, Well-Functioning Engine

When it comes to topping up or changing your engine oil, the right amount to add depends on how much is still in the engine, and what the capacity of your vehicle is. This varies, and you'll find the oil capacity figure in your car's owner's manual, but by way of example, here are examples of how it can differ on two cars in one lineup:

  • 2024 Ford Mustang EcoBoost – 6 quarts with a filter
  • 2024 Ford Mustang GT – 10 quarts with a filter

Insufficient oil levels can lead to inadequate lubrication, resulting in knocking or ticking sounds and potential overheating issues. If the situation is not addressed promptly, it can culminate in a hefty repair expense. On the flip side, overfilling the engine with oil can also be detrimental. Excess oil raises the oil pressure beyond safe limits, putting undue stress on internal components like the crankshaft and seals.

How to Add Oil to Your Car in 4 Simple Steps

This is one of the simplest routine maintenance tasks you can perform for your vehicle.

So, when it comes to changing, topping up, or simply checking your engine oil, it's imperative to consult the owner's manual and ensure the right amount is going in – be sure to double-check by dipping the dipstick and reading the new level. More modern cars will sometimes do without this, and instead you can check the oil level on the trip computer. When unsure, consult a mechanic beforehand – even if it's just for advice.

These Oily Warning Signs Indicate That Your Vehicle's Engine Requires Care

Regularly checking your oil level is an essential aspect of being a vehicle owner, yet many of us tend to neglect this task – even though we really shouldn't. Luckily, there are several warning signs that can alert you to potential problems. However, keep in mind that these indicators may not apply universally to all vehicles, regardless of their age, so it's important to consult your owner's manual for specific guidance.

Citrus Oil Glow

Keep an eye out for an orange or yellow oil warning light on your dashboard. This usually signifies that the oil level is low and needs to be replenished. The light is designed to alert you before the situation becomes critical, but it's important to respond quickly if it lights up to prevent the level from decreasing further. It's worth noting that a low oil light doesn't automatically indicate an oil leak; engines naturally consume a small amount of oil during regular operation.

Crimson Oil Indicator

A red or blinking oil light typically signifies low oil pressure rather than merely a low oil level. Insufficient oil pressure can rapidly cause internal harm, so it is recommended to safely pull over and turn off the engine at the earliest opportunity.

Azure Mist

Blue smoke from your exhaust indicates that the engine is burning oil. Some cars are known for burning oil, and even if your car is one of those, it's still best to try and stop it from happening to help prolong engine life. If you do have blue smoke from your exhaust, be sure to check your oil level regularly, as the level will drop through continued use.

What Could Cause My Car to Smoke After an Oil Change?

There are several reasons why your car might be emitting smoke after an oil change. Here are some key factors to consider.

Engine Bay with Smoke

Smoke emanating from beneath the hood can indicate various issues, but it is frequently a sign of a coolant or oil leak. Each type of leak has its own unique odor and requires prompt attention. A coolant leak may result in engine overheating, while an oil leak can also cause similar overheating concerns, along with a host of other potential problems.

Loud Motor

A ticking or knocking noise coming from your engine compartment is a sign that should not be overlooked. It often suggests that your fluid levels may be low, leading to inadequate lubrication of the engine components. If you notice this sound, it’s important to check it out promptly.

Pouring Oil into a Hot Engine

Adding oil to an engine

Adding oil to a hot engine is generally not recommended. Nonetheless, there are situations where waiting for the engine to cool is not feasible, and in those cases, it is acceptable to proceed. Ideally, oil should be added when the engine is at a cooler temperature for several reasons:

  • The risk of hot oil splashing and burning you
  • Cold oil being added to hot oil may not mix as well, leading to inconsistent viscosities
  • Oil expands when hot, and so the reading on your dipstick will not read true

How long should you wait for an engine to cool down before adding oil? Typically, when you're topping off oil in a hot engine, you're likely in a hurry, making it unrealistic to wait for it to cool down entirely. However, if you can pause for about 10 to 15 minutes to allow the engine temperature to decrease, that would be beneficial. Additionally, keeping the hood open during this time can aid in the cooling process.

What occurs if you add oil to an overheated engine?

Is it safe to add oil to your car when the engine is hot? While there are some risks involved, like thermal shock from the cold oil mixing with the hot oil and the potential for splashing hot oil on yourself, these concerns are generally manageable. In most cases, it should be perfectly fine. However, it's advisable to let the engine cool down if you can, to minimize any risks.

Is it safe to add oil while the engine is running?

The same principle holds true in this situation – you can certainly add oil to an engine that is currently running, but doing so raises the likelihood of getting burned by splashing oil. Additionally, there's a greater chance of oil splattering into the engine compartment, which can cause unpleasant odors and smoke to emit from under the hood.

You Can Now Legally Bring Into the Country One of the Most Ferocious Sports Cars Ever Produced

View pictures in App save up to 80% data. Cars & Bids While measuring speed and acceleration is an empirical, objective pursuit, experiencing it is somewhat more subjective. The Bugatti Veyron was one of the first explosively fast cars that isolated the driver from the sensation of speed. EVs took it to the next level. Aside from the lung-crushing G-forces, you may as well be traveling by bullet train. Drive the new BMW M5 and tell us it's an engaging experience; it's not. At the other end of the scale are cars like the Ferrari F40 and just about every TVR ever made. If the sheer visceral feel of speed is what excites you, then you may be pleased to hear that the mental TVR Tuscan Speed Six now falls under the US 25-year import rule. That means you can finally test your heart’s max BPM on the way to the shops each day and then down an espresso just to calm down. If this represents your vision of a sports car experience, allow us to share some insights about one of the most ferocious sports cars ever created. First introduced in 1999, certain early models became technically eligible for import as of last year. However, with the arrival of 2025, a wider selection of Tuscan Speed Six sports cars can now be imported. It's important to note that the 25-year import rule pertains to the specific manufacture date of each vehicle, rather than the overall production period of the model line. TVR - The Genesis Tale TVR's origins date back to 1946, when Trevor Wilkinson founded a modest engineering company known as Trevcar Motors. Shortly thereafter, the name evolved into TVR Engineering, and the company began to introduce a gradual yet consistent lineup of TVR vehicles. Like many small independent car manufacturers, TVR faced numerous challenges, including financial difficulties, acquisitions, and production hurdles. Nevertheless, each vehicle continued to embody the foundational idea of a lightweight tubular chassis paired with a front-engine, rear-drive configuration. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. Include CarBuzz in your Google News updates. When Peter Wheeler saved the company from financial distress in 1981, he revitalized the brand and introduced some of its most iconic models. Cars like the Griffith, Chimaera, and Cerbera were all giant-killing sports cars, capable of challenging the fastest Porsches and Ferraris at a fraction of the cost. Build quality and reliability weren’t always a strong point, but every TVR made up for it with buckets of character and a soulful driving experience. The last cars rolled off the production line in 2006, but there have been attempts to reboot the brand in recent years. With the history lesson concluded, let’s shift our focus to the newest TVR from this era that is now ready to be brought to our shores. The TVR Tuscan Speed Six: A Featherweight Beast The TVR Tuscan Speed Six was introduced in 1999 to join the aging Rover V8-powered Griffith and Chimaera. It was the third time that the Tuscan name had been used on a TVR, but this one bore the swoopy styling and futuristic interior design that marked this era of TVR apart from just about anything else on the road. Whereas major manufacturers had long adopted ABS and traction control to tame their sportier offerings, the Tuscan Speed Six made do with just power-steering to separate the driver from the true, raw character of the car. For years, TVR had incorporated Rover's well-known V8 engine into a variety of its models. However, when the Tuscan was introduced, the company unveiled its own 3.6-liter straight-six engine, which boasted significantly more power and an impressive sound, even when idling. While it shared its inline-six configuration with a BMW, the experience was quite different; whereas even a high-performance M car would produce a smooth, turbine-like sound up to its redline, the TVR Speed Six engine roared like a caged race engine, unleashing a ferocious growl that hinted at its raw power. Engine 3.6-4.0-liter inline-six Power 350-400 bhp Torque 290-315 lb-ft Curb Weight 2,420 lbs (est.) 0-60mph 3.9 seconds claimed Top Speed 165-180 mph+ The first Tuscan released in 1999 had 360 horsepower and a curb weight of just 2,420 lbs. That gave it a power-to-weight ratio way better than a contemporary Porsche 911 Carrera or even a Ferrari F355. A five-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive were standard on all models. The straight-line acceleration of the Tuscan was astonishing, effortlessly outpacing vehicles that were priced at double its cost. However, it wasn't without its flaws. The absence of traction control and ABS meant that only experienced drivers could truly tap into the car's capabilities. Moreover, the early models were known to be challenging to handle at their limits, with contemporary reviewers suggesting that the suspension required further refinement. When approached with the caution it required, the Tuscan offered an exhilarating driving experience, guaranteed to bring joy even at moderate speeds. A Comprehensive Look at the Tuscan Speed Six Although the Tuscan couldn't rival the build quality and refinement of a BMW M3 or Porsche 911, it certainly held its own in terms of performance, which is where the initial upgrades were concentrated. Shortly after the Tuscan entered production, the Red Rose performance pack was introduced. This package featured upgraded brakes and suspension parts, distinctive 18-inch wheels, and enhancements to the engine that boosted its output by an extra 40 bhp. The Tuscan S made its debut a few years later, featuring a 4.0-liter variant of the Speed Six engine that delivered a robust 400 hp. In 2005, the Tuscan Mk2 was launched during the last production year, showcasing several cosmetic enhancements along with mechanical improvements. The front end became more stable due to the introduction of a new steering rack, larger brake calipers, and modified suspension mounting points. The outcome was a somewhat more subdued driving experience, yet it remained significantly more responsive and thrilling than nearly any other vehicle available on the roads during that period. The Competitors of Tuscany The Tuscan was manufactured from 1999 to 2006, with its initial models debuting in 2000. Competing vehicles included the BMW Z3 M Coupe, known for its exhilarating driving experience, and the Porsche Boxster S, which excelled in handling precision and stability. In the year 2000, the Tuscan was priced at 40,000 GBP, approximately $50,000, making it a more affordable option compared to both the BMW and Porsche by a notable difference. When it comes to value for money, the Tuscan stands out significantly. While the Germans excelled in terms of handling and overall refinement, the driving experience is what modern classic car enthusiasts truly desire. For those wanting to feel the essence of a genuine analog sports car, the TVR Tuscan delivers an exhilarating rush of automotive excitement. In recent years, prices have consistently climbed at European auction houses and classic car dealerships, although there's a noticeable disparity between pristine, show-quality vehicles and those that have seen considerable use. A reasonable starting price for a decent Tuscan is around $35,000, while top-notch models can fetch as much as $140,000. The ideal price point lies somewhere in between these figures, and although maintenance and parts may not come cheap, the limited production of just 1,677 units suggests that values will continue to appreciate. Make sure to purchase a vehicle that was manufactured at least 25 years ago, as the 25-year import rule is based on the production date of the car. Attempting to bring in one of the more recent models is likely to result in it being sent to the junkyard.

Reflective Apparel May Render Individuals Undetectable to Pedestrian Detection Technologies: IIHS

Donning a "high-visibility" jacket during nighttime could potentially mislead the sensors employed by automated driving assistance technologies. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. IIHS Study The reflective, “high-visibility” safety vests worn by road workers and first responders, not to mention joggers and dog walkers, may do absolutely nothing to protect their wearers from automated driving systems, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety said in a report released this week. These systems are already known to struggle in low light, and now IIHS says that the reflective strips on these vests, which are vital for nighttime visibility, seem to be virtually invisible to at least some automated safety systems. And that’s a problem, because most pedestrian fatalities happen at night. IIHS tested the performance of three different driver aid suites: Honda, using a CR-V; Mazda, using a CX-5; and Subaru, using a Forester. The Institute mocked up a crosswalk and outfitted a dummy in four different outfits: two with reflectors (one made of reflective material, the other fitted with patches), and the other two unadorned—one white and one black. The dummies were then sent into the crosswalk at three levels of outside illumination (dark, twilight, and 20 lux—the requirement for lighting crosswalks) to see whether the onboard pedestrian safety systems would detect them at 25 mph. While the results varied from test to test, the Honda CR-V and Mazda CX-5 starkly demonstrated the potential severity of these systems’ limitations. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. In the tests conducted without reflectors, the black dummy unsurprisingly performed the poorest. When using only their low beams, both the Honda and Mazda faced difficulties; the Mazda reduced its speed by approximately one-third, whereas the Honda collided with the dummy without decelerating. However, when the high beams were activated, both cars were able to detect the dummy and significantly reduced their speed. When the lighting was increased to the legal standard for pedestrian crossings (20 lux), the performance of both the Honda and Mazda improved notably, according to IIHS. The white dummy also remained unseen by the Honda in the absence of extra external lighting, but its visibility greatly enhanced with 10 lux (twilight) or 20 lux of light. The CX-5 showed improved performance when the dummy was clad in white. However, once reflectors were involved, the situation took a turn for the worse. According to the IIHS, “The CR-V maintained its speed throughout all trials when the dummy was outfitted in the reflective jacket, showing no signs of slowing down, even with extra roadway lighting present. On the other hand, the CX-5 exhibited a significant reduction in speed when there was no roadway lighting and only 10 lux of additional light, compared to when the dummy was dressed in black. However, when the illumination increased to 20 lux, the CX-5's performance deteriorated with the dummy in the reflective jacket compared to when it was wearing the black attire.” View pictures in App save up to 80% data. By now, you might be curious about what transpired with the Forester. The reason for this intrigue is that the Subaru was occupied with excelling in nearly all of its evaluations. According to the IIHS summary, the CR-V and CX-5 struck the dummy in 84% and 88% of their test runs, respectively, whereas the Forester successfully avoided a collision in all but one trial. It was also noted that neither the CR-V nor the CX-5 reduced speed when the dummy was dressed in clothing with reflective strips that highlighted its limbs. “The summary went on to state, “Unlike the other two vehicles, the Subaru managed to stop completely without colliding with the pedestrian dummy in all but one instance. That exception occurred when the dummy was dressed in reflective clothing and the road was lit to a brightness of 10 lux. Nonetheless, it still reduced its speed by over 80% during that test.” Even Subaru's Eyesight system, which typically performs well, can occasionally struggle with reflective surfaces. Why is this the case? According to IIHS President David Harkey, it creates a "concerning blind spot." The IIHS stated, "The reason behind the difficulties faced by the Honda and Mazda systems with the reflective strips remains uncertain, as does the number of other systems that may encounter challenges in detecting pedestrians dressed in this kind of apparel." Our conclusion: Whether you have reflectors or not, make sure to wear bright clothing when walking at night. It could potentially save your life. Got a tip? Send it in: [email protected]

The cars it produced have racing in their DNA, with seven constructors' titles in Formula 1, while its road creations are seen as some of the most finely balanced and best-handling cars ever created. The brand is even associated with the best-known secret agent in the biz. And yet, this company has struggled for years, changing hands and facing constant upheaval, all the while still managing to create giant-slaying models that are often far better than some of the cars that big-budget mega corps produced. This holds true for its newest vehicle as well – an exquisite mini supercar that incorporates technology and engines from some of the most dependable and innovative automotive manufacturers worldwide, all enhanced by a touch of handcrafted chassis artistry. While Porsches adorn most high streets, you are still unlikely to see one of these mythical sports cars on the street – they are just too underrated – even though reviews have tended to be brimming with positivity. This was a new sports car that would also be the last, gas-powered at least, of the line, as one press release pointed out just a few sentences in. Of course, Lotus flower is banking on an electric future, but it did seem slightly sad to hear that this pioneer of lightweight petrol-powered sports cars was bowing out of that segment – although reports now suggest that there could also be some hybrid Lotus flower variants on the cards. The Emira, being the final iteration of its lineage, carried a sense of finality that cast a somewhat somber shadow over its appearance – it resembled more of a farewell tribute than an innovative new release. Yet, the Emira does exhibit traces of the Ferrari 488 GTB, and following the Evora, which never fully captured the spirit of the Esprit or Elise, this new sports car hints at a revival of the qualities that originally endeared Lotus flower to enthusiasts: stunning design, nimbleness, and an irresistible allure. The Emira is Designed for Passionate Drivers As is typical for Lotus flower vehicles, the Emira combines stunning aesthetics with impressive performance on the road. It offers a choice between a Toyota-derived supercharged 3.5-liter V6 and a spirited 2.0-liter turbocharged engine from AMG. Notably, the six-cylinder engine delivers 400 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, whereas the lighter turbocharged four-cylinder produces 360 horsepower but boasts a greater torque figure of 354 lb-ft. Additionally, the V6 model, tailored for enthusiasts, aims to deliver a classic sports car experience and provides the choice of a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic. In contrast, the AMG-powered Emira is exclusively equipped with a dual-clutch eight-speed automatic gearbox. Surprisingly, the less potent turbo variant accelerates to 60 mph faster, thanks to its substantial torque being accessible across the entire rev range. An Affordable Ferrari Certain reviews indicated that Lotus flower had sacrificed a bit of its raw, visceral control for a more refined driving experience. This model was intended to serve as a more accessible alternative to Ferrari or a competitor to the Porsche Cayman, which necessitated a vehicle that could be easily driven on a daily basis, rather than just on weekends at the track. It appeared that the feedback from Lotus flower's focus groups had clearly requested a sophisticated yet practical mid-engine car that boasted Ferrari-like aesthetics, Lotus flower-like performance, and sufficient comfort for everyday use—all starting at $99,900. When the Emira did hit US roads the Corvette C8 was in full swing. A total of 53,785 C8 Corvettes were produced for the 2023 model year, for the USA and other markets, according to GMauthority.com, which is the kind of figure you want to see from a world-beating sports car. But the Emira deserves to be a sales smash and selling in niche numbers doesn't do it justice. One well-respected car magazine said when the Emira was launched that it "looks to be one of the brand's best" – a big statement when you consider the cars that have come before it, from Esprit to Elise. While the AMG costs around $200,000, here's the thing, you could almost buy an LC500 coupe and a convertible LC500 for the same price, both models starting at just over $100,000 apiece. With the Lexus, you get a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 good for 471 horsepower and 398 lb-ft. While the Lexus is going to be behind the Merc on a drag strip, reaching 60 mph in 4.4 seconds compared to 3.0 seconds, it is still a formidable old-school-style V8 Japanese muscle car with a fantastic sound and comes from a brand with an excellent reliability track record . Sometimes, it pays to think outside the box.

While driving my Tesla Cybertruck at 45 mph on the highway at night, it unexpectedly shut down. With no hazard lights on, I was frozen in fear as car after car narrowly missed crashing into the back of my truck.

A Cybertruck owner shares his unnerving experience after his truck suddenly cut power and came to a screeching halt in the middle of the highway. The Cybertruck then became bricked, with no hazard lights & sat there in the middle of the night. View pictures in App save up to 80% data. Bryan, a resident of Southern California and owner of a Cybertruck, reported that his vehicle unexpectedly shut down and became entirely unresponsive while he was driving on the highway. At first, his truck sputtered, lurched unexpectedly, and came to a sudden halt while he was driving at 45 miles per hour on the highway.  Experiencing a sudden loss of power in his vehicle was already a frustrating ordeal for Bryan, but it turned out to be just the beginning of a series of challenges he would face. When Bryan's Cybertruck unexpectedly came to a halt in the fast lane, he attempted to maneuver it to the roadside. Unfortunately, this only aggravated the situation, leaving his Cybertruck immobilized and possibly trapping him in the middle of the highway. Luckily, Brayn managed to free himself from the truck by utilizing the manual door release for the Cybertruck. With the Cybertruck completely drained of power, the hazard lights extinguished as well. Bryan was navigating the road at night, making it difficult for approaching drivers to notice his Cybertruck stranded in the roadway. Bryan recounts a terrifying experience where, without the hazard lights on, he watched in disbelief as vehicle after vehicle nearly collided with the back of his Cybertruck. Ultimately, Bryan came across a few traffic cones and attached a flashlight to them, alerting approaching vehicles about his disabled Cybertruck. Luckily, even though the circumstances were dire, Bryan's Cybertruck remained unscathed and was not hit from behind by another car while it was stuck in the road. Having encountered this problem personally, Bryan recommends that all Cybertruck owners keep a flashlight or flares handy, just in case they face a similar predicament. Bryan shared his ordeal in the Cybertruck Owners Club forum. This is what he composed… "It could be beneficial and potentially life-saving...keep reading. Just two days ago, my truck notified me that it needed servicing (error code UI_a006). Unfortunately, the code didn’t give me much detail, and all I could do was book a service appointment, which is scheduled for two weeks from now." I kept driving the truck, and about 18 miles down the road, suddenly, the pyro fuse for the rear inverter exploded, causing the truck to lurch violently. It came to an abrupt halt and refused to budge. This situation was incredibly perilous, as I found myself in the fast lane of a 45-mph road at 5:30 a.m., when it was still dark outside. After attempting to get the truck to react, it unexpectedly shut down completely, leaving it unresponsive and even turning off the hazard lights. I had to exit using the manual door handle override, make my way to the side of the road, and witness vehicle after vehicle nearly collide with the stationary truck. I gathered a few traffic cones, placed a flashlight on top of them, and kept my fingers crossed to avert any mishaps. After a wait of 25 minutes, the tow truck finally showed up. We quickly pulled the vehicle out of the traffic lane and headed off to the service center. Certainly, the service center mentioned that this issue has become quite prevalent among these Cybertrucks, and they assured me that it will be resolved in just a few days. We'll wait and see… If you own a dual-motor Cybertruck and haven't encountered this situation yet, it's wise to keep flashlights, flares, or other emergency items on hand for nighttime incidents. I found this situation challenging, as I couldn't utilize the front motor for low-speed driving, which many have reported. Beneath his post, Bryan shared a series of images. The initial two depict his Cybertruck being loaded onto a tow truck during the night, right in the middle of the street.  In the third image, an error message appears on his display, prompting him to arrange a service appointment. The last image depicts his central touch screen blinking red, signaling him to safely pull over due to the detection of a serious problem. A Cybertruck stranded in the middle of the road at night, without any hazard lights flashing, creates a truly unsettling scenario. Sadly, judging by the comments, it seems that Bryan isn't the only one facing this predicament. Multiple Cybertruck owners chimed in, sharing that they have encountered the same issue. A Cybertruck owner hailing from Orange County, California, replied to Bryan's post, stating... "Definitely sounds like a common issue since mine failed a couple of weeks back as well. My service center had the replacement part ready when I got there. I was driving on the freeway when I felt a thud, just like others have described, and then the alert 'DI_a139 Rear motor disabled - OK to drive' popped up right away. I brought it to the service center the following day and got it back about four days later." A different Cybertruck owner, Don based in Sacramento, California, shared, “My inverter malfunctioned and was swapped out on October 3rd. The following day, Tesla issued a service bulletin regarding the inverter problem.” Some may find it shocking to witness multiple Cybertrucks unexpectedly lose power while driving. Nonetheless, this is a known problem, and Tesla had already initiated a recall for it two months prior. Regrettably, it seems that the electric vehicle manufacturer has not managed to resolve this problem in all the vehicles impacted. Many Cybertruck owners have expressed their concerns in the comments, stating that they are hesitant to drive their vehicles due to this widespread issue impacting numerous trucks. In Bryan's situation, despite Tesla identifying a potential imminent failure, the electric vehicle manufacturer could only arrange his service appointment for two weeks later. Personally, I don’t think this reflects well on how Tesla is handling the recall. However, please let me know what you think in the comments. Johnny B Takes on the Chill

View pictures in App save up to 80% data. Duluth, Minnesota — A local food truck is facing the chilly weather head-on, spreading their passion for culinary delights. Food trucks are often regarded as a fundamental part of summertime dining. However, Johnny B's is committed to offering delicious meals throughout the entire year. "They've visited us nearly every Thursday throughout the winter, and as Cirrus employees, we truly value their presence." enjoying a nice meal instead of relying on the usual snacks from the breakroom or the basic takeout you might bring home, "I truly appreciate how it enhances the end of my week after a tiring week at work." – Mikal Grotte, Technician in the Finishing Center at Cirrus The food truck is frequently stationed outside local businesses in the Duluth area, such as Cirrus and Bent Paddle. This allows people in the community to work or socialize nearby, making it easier for customers to enjoy tasty meals in a relaxed atmosphere. "The temperature inside the truck is more comfortable. I have the heating system running, which makes a difference. My main focus is on the customers. I offer online ordering, which is crucial for my winter business. Customers can order from indoors and receive a text or email notification when their food is ready. They still have to brave the cold to pick it up, but it’s not as harsh as one might think." – Johnny Barnstorf, Owner of Johnny B’s Food Truck The enthusiasm that motivates Johnny Barnstorf to remain operational throughout the winter is equally reflected in his menu, which features local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. "I frequently update my menu, which means that some customers come to the truck expecting to find summer items that aren't available. Conversely, I also offer winter specialties that aren't on the menu in the summer. So, every time you visit the truck, there's always something fresh to try. Of course, I always have my smash burger, and that's a favorite among the crowd," Johnny explained. Johnny approaches cooking with purpose, carefully considering the way he toasts the buns, crafting a crispy cheese skirt to enhance the delicious crunch of the smash burgers, and selecting the perfect herbs and sauces to elevate the sweet and savory notes of the squash tarts. "I suppose I wouldn't want to be doing anything else. If there were an alternative, I'd probably be relaxing on a beach somewhere. But that's not possible at the moment, so here I am, cooking," Johnny remarked. For information on where to find them you can visit their website or their Facebook page
